Agreements and house rules

We encourage a good atmosphere: this is important for everyone. That is why Roads’ house rules are applicable. These are exposed at every location and you can request them through your counsellor. It is important to know the house rules before you start at Roads.

Privacy Regulation

We would like to everyone to feel at ease and protected at their employment. That is the reason that we have a privacy regulation. This includes, inter alia, that Roads will protect your personal information.

General Delivery Conditions

Roads keeps to the general delivery conditions for mental health care in The Netherlands. Here it is documented what Roads and the clients must adhere to when working together. Join in the conversation at the participants’ council Roads has its own participants’ council. This stands up for the interests of all clients. The council gives advice to the management of Roads about the quality, possibilities, working atmosphere etcetera. Do you have an idea or a complaint? You can call or email us. We can only fix it if we are aware of the problem! Talk to your counsellor, send an email to klacht@roads.nl or send a letter to Roads, t.a.v: klachtencommissie, Obiplein 16, 1094 RB, Amsterdam.
